Join Us for an Exciting Ride on the First Half of the Timber Trail

Meet us at our FourB base at 6:30 AM for a coffee. We will load your bikes and depart for Pureora at 7:00 AM. The drive to Pureora takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Riding will commence before 9:00 AM. Experience the Timber Trail and uncover the stories and secrets of this extraordinary forest. Embark on a trail journey through the heart of the North Island, widely acclaimed as New Zealand's premier multi-day adventure ride. We will tackle it in a single day, navigating awe-inspiring forests, vibrant birdlife, and incredible suspension bridges, including the renowned spiral!

We will meet you at the Ongarue DOC carpark (84 km), where a gazebo will be set up for you to enjoy a refreshment and a sausage. Afterward, we will reload the bikes and head back to Taupo, concluding another memorable day of riding.

The BBQ will be ready from 2:30 PM, and we aim to depart from the area at 4:00 PM, arriving back at our base by 6:00 PM.
