Day 1 Arrive at our BnB (FOURBnB) from 3pm You can enjoy some of Taupo's famous sights like Huka falls and the Aratiatia dam by bike via the Rotary ride. Or just relax and get ready for the start of your Great lake trail adventure starting the next day. Dinner is on your own tonight, we will recommend something that suits your taste buds.... 

Day 2 Great Lake Trail. (Waihaha- Waihora section) We start the day with breakfast at our favorite cafe "bodyfuel" your breakfast and coffee/hot drink will pre ordered so no need to wait, once you are fueled up and ready, we take you to the start of the Waihaha trail located on the western side of lake Taupo. From here you will ride the 30km trail to Waihora bay stopping on the way to enjoy your packed lunch which is also provided. Once in Waihora bay the pre arranged boat transfer will meet you and take you and your bike back to the beautiful village of Kinloch where we will pick you up and bring you back to FourBnb. We will give you a free entry voucher into Wairakei terraces to relax the musscles and then return in time for a shower and relax before we take you to one of our 2 favorite local restaurants for dinner and you can share your great memories of the Waihaha-Waihora section of the Great lake trail. You will sleep well tonight!

Day 3 We know you wont be complaining about returning to Body fuel for another delicious breakfast again and then we shuttle you to Orakau (the start of the K2K). You will then enjoy the K2K section of the great lake trail to Kinloch. Kinloch is the perfect stop for coffee and the corner store or marina coffee cart have you covered. After Kinloch you continue onto the W2K trail by riding over the archway bridge over the marina. This 14km trail with optional 9.5km headland loop will lead you down to Whakaipo bay where we will meet you and return you back for a hot shower and then you can continue on your way or book an optional extra night in our BnB...
