Please note your booking will remain as “pending” until at least 6 people have booked and will then automatically confirm your booking….Pick up location is in front of the Taupo I site in the Bus parking, Please be there 15 minutes prior to departure time of 2pm on the 6th and 7:30am on the 8th. Please ensure any gear left on the bike is secure. We may require you to remove some of your bike packing gear to ensure the bike is secure on the trailer. Please let us know in the special requirements if you are running tyres wider then 3.0...or are riding a gravel bike..
Currently we are offering 2 x 11 seat vans at each time and will tow a bike trailer behind each. If the particular time slot sells out we will put on an extra van.
